The all-aluminum, bar-and-plate construction is specifically designed to shrug off heat generated by compressing air into the intake manifold. Our intercooler also has increased the volume by 102% and fin surface area by 97%, which helps drop outlet air temperatures by 20°F over the stock intercooler, and up to 42°F once a performance tune is added.

The benefits of our upgraded design don’t stop with the temperature drop. Our direct-fit intercooler adds up to 4 hp and 8 ft-lbs of torque when combined with the 2016+ Honda Civic Performance Intercooler Piping, with the potential to boost that power gain to 11 hp and 9 ft-lbs of torque with a tune.
